Lahore Traffic Police have launched a strict city-wide operation against underage driving as part of efforts to improve road safety and enforce traffic laws. Special checkpoints and inspections are being carried out to ensure that only legally licensed individuals are allowed to operate vehicles on public roads.
Authorities said that underage driving poses serious risks not only to young drivers but also to other road users, often leading to avoidable accidents and traffic violations. The police have urged parents and guardians to take responsibility for educating and monitoring their children regarding traffic rules and safe driving practices.
