Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced a new initiative aimed at making international travel easier for the business community of Pakistan. The government is preparing to launch a “Super Passport”, designed specifically for traders, exporters, and frequent business travelers.
According to the minister, the new passport system will provide smoother and faster access to major global markets, including the United Kingdom, various European countries, and China. The aim is to reduce travel barriers and help business professionals connect more efficiently with international partners.
The Super Passport will include upgraded security features to meet global travel standards. Officials say it will also support faster visa processing, which is expected to save time for investors and exporters who frequently travel for trade meetings, exhibitions, and business deals.
