Bahria Town has appealed to Field Marshal Asim Munir to intervene in the ongoing auction of its assets, arguing that several of its properties are being sold at prices significantly below their market value.
In its appeal, the company stated that nearly Rs. 372 billion worth of investments made by citizens, salaried individuals, and overseas Pakistanis remain tied to its housing and development projects. Bahria Town warned that the continued auction of its assets could adversely affect thousands of investors and stakeholders.
The company has requested that the auction process be suspended until pending legal cases are decided by the courts. It emphasized that it is not seeking immunity from the law, but is instead calling for transparency, due process, and fair treatment while judicial proceedings remain underway.

The dispute is linked to investigations by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and the £190 million settlement case, which has been the subject of ongoing legal proceedings in Pakistan.
As of now, the relevant authorities have not publicly responded to Bahria Town’s latest appeal. The legal process regarding the company’s assets and related cases continues before Pakistan’s courts.
