Bank Alfalah Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading commercial banks, has introduced the country’s first-ever human resources hiring and remote working app called Worklee. This innovative platform aims to promote diversified, inclusive, and accessible employment opportunities for all segments of society. It particularly focuses on empowering women who prefer to work remotely, persons with disabilities (PwDs), and freelancers by removing traditional workplace barriers and enriching the experience for both employees and the bank.
Worklee offers a simple, user-friendly platform where individuals can register, create profiles, apply for various job opportunities within Bank Alfalah, and perform their duties remotely where applicable. The initiative supports the State Bank of Pakistan’s ‘Banking on Equality’ framework, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to fostering inclusion and financial empowerment across Pakistan.

Initially, the app will facilitate remote hiring and service delivery for contact center WhatsApp chat agent roles, with future plans to expand into other areas such as programming and coding positions according to business needs.
