Nadia Mohammad Rafiq has officially joined Mashreq Bank as the Manager of Employee Experience. With over nine years of progressive HR experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in areas such as organizational culture, employee engagement, payroll management, and process improvement. In her new role, Nadia will focus on creating meaningful employee experiences and ensuring value is delivered at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Before joining Mashreq, Nadia was employed at Mondelēz International, where she led payroll operations across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. There, she championed initiatives aimed at regional harmonization, automation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her extensive career also includes significant HR roles in the education sector, consulting, and development organizations, where she consistently worked to enhance people practices.
Nadia’s strategic approach to HR, combined with her empathetic leadership style, positions her as a strong catalyst for purposeful change within Mashreq. Her appointment is expected to contribute significantly to the bank’s commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
