Viewers reported seeing pro-Pakistan slogans, including “Pakistan Zindabad,” displayed on screen.
The breach also included the airing of a speech by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. The unexpected broadcast raised concerns about the channel’s cybersecurity systems and the vulnerability of media networks to digital attacks. Authorities have yet to share full details about how the hack occurred or the extent of the damage.
