The newly introduced app allows passengers to track lost luggage from anywhere in the world. This feature is expected to reduce stress for travelers and improve customer satisfaction. Senior Joint Director Commercial Malik Amjad described the initiative as a significant milestone in the modernization of airport operations. He said that adopting a cashless system reflects a progressive approach and demonstrates Pakistan’s commitment to innovation in public infrastructure.
