Pakistan’s services exports to Kuwait recorded a strong increase of 40 percent during the period from January to November 2025, according to the Pakistani Embassy in Kuwait. Export earnings rose from $16.7 million to $23.6 million, reflecting growing demand for Pakistani services in the Gulf state.
Officials said the increase highlights improving trade relations between Pakistan and Kuwait, particularly in the services sector. Key areas contributing to the growth include professional services, technical expertise, information technology, and skilled manpower exports.
The Pakistani Embassy noted that enhanced diplomatic engagement, business facilitation, and stronger people-to-people ties have played an important role in boosting exports. Ongoing efforts to promote Pakistani services and connect businesses with Kuwaiti partners have also contributed to the positive trend.

Experts believe the rise in services exports is encouraging for Pakistan’s economy, as the sector helps diversify export earnings and supports foreign exchange inflows. Growth in services trade is also seen as a sign of increasing trust in Pakistan’s workforce and professional capabilities.
The embassy expressed optimism that bilateral cooperation in trade and investment will continue to expand in the coming years. Officials added that Pakistan aims to further strengthen its presence in Kuwait’s services market through continued engagement and policy support.
Overall, the 40 percent increase in services exports reflects deepening economic ties between Pakistan and Kuwait and signals positive momentum in Pakistan’s external trade performance.
