Pezeshkian also rejected accusations that Iran is responsible for escalating tensions. He argued that Iran is being unfairly blamed while ignoring what he described as aggressive actions taken against his country. The president stated that Iran will defend itself strongly if its security or sovereignty is threatened.
At the same time, he emphasized that Iran does not seek conflict with neighboring countries. Pezeshkian described the nations of the region as friends and brothers, stressing the importance of cooperation and unity among them.
He urged regional countries to avoid falling into divisions that could benefit external powers. According to him, the Middle East should focus on working together for peace and stability rather than allowing outside actors to create conflict between neighboring states.

Pezeshkian concluded by calling for greater regional understanding and cooperation, while maintaining that Iran will continue to defend itself if attacked.
