The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, in collaboration with the World Bank, has initiated the development of a National Super App for All and Web Portal under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP). This platform will serve as a single-window solution for citizens and businesses to access all federal and provincial government services digitally.

The project aims to enhance governance efficiency, reduce corruption, and improve ease of living and doing business in Pakistan. The app will be available in multiple languages and accessible across devices.
Next Steps:
Pilot testing is expected to begin in major cities by end-2025, with nationwide rollout planned for 2026. The government will conduct stakeholder consultations and user training programs to ensure smooth adoption.
